Tobin a riversea otter with a round impressive belly, was born hard-of-seeing. Still, he fiddles with the best of them. Every year, Tobin and his friends join paws in song to celebrate the Winter Solstice. But since the Great Drought, rehearsals for Revels are rife with quarrels. The belligerent beavers are brawling and animal families are migrating downriver. Can Tobin seek the Great Spirit in time? If he sings true, the rivers will swell once more and harmony will reign in the valley.
